Bon Appétit’s Hot 10 2016, the magazine’s annual list of the best new restaurants in the US compiled by editors Andrew Knowlton and Julia Kramer has been revealed.
Every year the magazine rates the best new restaurant openings across the country. The Hot 10 are the best of the bunch.
Topping the list this year is Atlanta’s Staplehouse, while restaurants in New Orleans, Pittsburgh and Washington, D.C. (the new restaurant capital of the US according to the magazine) are also represented, as well as the coasts.
