S.Pellegrino's Sapori Ticino 2017 is already underway with this year's stunning 11th anniversary celebrations including a series of unique dinners hosted in some of the most exclusive settings in the picturesque Swiss canton of Ticino.
A selection of resident chefs from some of the region's most spectacular restaurants and hotels will host a number of special guest chefs and evenings until 18 June.

A Special Evening at La Fattoria di Guido Sassi - Lugano
Chef Fabrizio Fontana will host an evening with Mauro Elli of Il Cantuccio restaurant just a stone's throw from Lake Como at La Fattoria di Guido Sassi. A perfect opportunity to experience traditional Lombard cooking techniques in a modern environment at one of the most fascinating restaurants in the region.

A Special Evening with Franck Giovannini 
On 30 April Nicola Costantini will host a very special evening at Restaurant Ciani in Lugano with the great Franck Giovannini of the famous 3 Michelin starred Restaurant de l'Hotel de Ville in Crissier. Dedicated fans of Giovannini's signature cuisine won't want to miss this unique experience.

S.Pellegrino Young Chef Night - Seven Lugano, The Restaurant
S.Pellegrino Young Chefs return for a one off evening at Seven Lugano The Restaurant at the table with some of the best culinary talents of the future, including Anne-Sophie Taurines, Alessandro Rapisarda, and Matthias Walter. Each of the three young chefs were regional finalists in the under 30 S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 competition, and national winners for Switzerland, Italy and Germany respectively. The three talented young chefs will use the opportunity to showcase the recipes that took them to the top.

Frank Oerthle hosts Sandro and Maurizio Serva at Ristorante Galleria Arte al Lago. The first appointment with the Italian chefs from Le Soste association will be with brothers, Sandro and Maurizio Servant of Ristorante La Trota. From Rieti, tradition and local products will be the foundation for a kitchen that has freshwater fish at the heart of the menu.

Martin Dalsass, from Restaurant Talvo by Dalsass, will arrive at Restaurant Ciani in Lugano on May 8 to prepare a unique four hands dinner with chef Giancarlo Morelli. The two great chefs and friends are sure to create a memorable night, in sophisticated spin on a Mediterranean influenced menu.
