Meet the team Bocuse d'Or USA at an exclusive evening of cocktails and dinner on 23 September at the stylish Barclay Prime in Philadelphia.
A unique evening is promised, where guests will be able to show their support for host chefs Alex Lee and Mark Twersky as they embark on their final six months of the "Road to Lyon tour."

Building on the success of the USA team silver win in 2015 Bocuse d'Or, the Ment'or program is designed to encourage support from the USA culinary community for the 2017 competition. The dinner forms part of the fundraising series that will build awareness of the Bocuse d'Or in the US as well as generating funds to support the training for Team USA 2017 and allowing guests to get to know the Team USA.
The Bocuse d'Or final will be held in Lyon, France on 24 January 2017 where the USA team will join ten other international teams to compete for one of the world's most revered gastronomic titles.
