Mauro Colagreco celebrates his 10th anniversary at Mirazur with an incredible line-up of ten guest chefs. Next up is Andoni Aduriz of Mugaritz restaruant in San Sebastian, Spain on 8 September. He is also this year's mentor for Spain-Portual in S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016.
