Michelin Chefs Cook Christmas in Many Ways

With Christmas closing in we’ve decided to use our Michelin Chefs Cook series to focus in on the festive dinner table with some great recipes and resources from some of the world’s best chefs.

Normally with the series we focus on specific ingredients: eggs, chocolate, wine, potato and bacon. However, this time we decided to focus in on the theme of Christmas with a collection of some really useful videos from great chefs around the world.

Michelin Chefs Cook: Christmas Favorites

First up if series favourite Heston Blumenthal’s perfect roast potatoes - Christmas dinner really isn’t Christmas dinner at all without some perfectly roasted spuds and this recipe is sure to impress your guests.

Gordon Ramsay's Christmas Turkey

Turkey still seems to be the go to meat of choice when it comes to Christmas dinner and here’s Gordon Ramsay to make sure your turkey doesn’t come out dry.

He also explains how to make a gravy - so all bases are covered.

Those going for chicken, here’s Thomas Keller with his famous roast chicken.

Chicken Liver Pâté with a Michelin Touch

Here’s a top chicken liver pâté recipe from Nordic chef Magnus Nilsson, who teamed up with Breville for the occasion.

Christmas at River Cottage

Now for some vegetable action. Here’s Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall with a really interesting recipe for onions.
