Chef's Mistakes

This week at FineDiningLovers we kicked things off with a unique collection of video clips of some of the world's best chefs spilling the beans on mistakes they made in the kitchen when they first started out.

We saw how world renowned chef Elena Arzak still dies with shame at the memory of her salt and sugar slip up, plus 11 other cringe worthy moments from the likes of Wylie Dufresne and friends.

Find out why omelettes are still a sore point for Gaggan Anand plus many other amusing stories in our Chef's Mistakes clips, because everyone remembers their first.

Food Predictions 2017

We also threw our hat into the ring and came up with our seven food predictions for 2017, from tableside service and getting your steak fired in front of you to centrifuging liquid flavours onto the plate.

Find out how your dining experience could evolve next year in our Food Predictions 2017
