Most of us have to really concentrate to ensure our scoops of ice cream stay upright when piled high on a cone, but one Italian has no problem at all balancing his gelato, in fact he’s just set a world record for the number of scoops on a cone.
Dimitri Panciera, who runs a gelateria in Veneto, recently managed to pile-up 121 scoops on a single cone, beating his own previous Guinness World Record of 109 scoops. Panciera also holds the record for the largest ever scoop, measuring 6.5 by 2 feet, according to Grub Street.
