Michelin Macaroni Cheese Recipe

Macaroni Cheese - for many it’s the ultimate comfort food but not many have had it in the fashion we’re about to show you.

That’s because the video for macaroni cheese below is from none of than the Michelin starred chef Heston Blumenthal.

Blumenthal sets about making the dish using three different types of cheese, some truffle oil and serving the entire dish inside a wheel of cheese.

His recipe is a bit over the top but it’s we can assure you that his mix of cheese and idea of serving it inside a whole cheese is definitely a winner.
