The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2017 in Numbers

New York's Eleven Madison Park beat off stiff competition from last year's winner Osteria Francescana and Spain's El Celler de Can Roca to claim the title of World's Best Restaurant – we caught up with Daniel Humm and Will Guidara following their win, and they revealed just what the title means to them and shared some interesting plans for the restaurant. 

With the world's best chefs gathered in Australia, there was also the chance to discuss some of the burning issues affecting the industry, including mentorship of the next generation, at the 50 Best Talks in Melbourne and Sydney
