Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival 2017 Has a World Class Line-Up

If you're a nordic food fan prepare to book your tickets to this year's culinary highlight, the Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival, and take a front seat at the cutting edge of food festivals.

Taking place from 18 to 27 August, the city wide festival promises 10 days of unrivalled food centered activities in the culinary capital of cool.

From partying at Puglisi's farm to six hands dinners at Geranium, named Copenhagen's best restaurant, there's an edible event designed to appeal to all in the eclectic programme. Find the list of events here.

Anne Sophie Pic, Dominique Crenn, Hideaki Sato, Danny Bowien, Sean Brock and Jack Zonfrillo are just a few of the international guest chefs headlining special events around the city.

2017 Highlights:

Dominique Crenn and Anne-Sophie Pic at Geranium 

Rasmus Kofoed will welcome Dominique Crenn & Anne-Sophie Pic for a special day of cooking at Restaurant Geranium on Sunday, 20 August 2017.

The three chefs will be collaborating on a not to be missed menu highlighting their mutual respect for ingredients and creativity. “I have wanted to work with Dominique and Anne-Sophie for quite some time. I admire their way of thinking about food and approach to cooking. They both bring a lot of talent and creativity to the kitchen. We're going to have a really great day together,” Rasmus Kofoed.

Four Hands Dinner at Aamann's

Adam Aamann welcomes Hideaki Sato of two Michelin starred Ta Vie restaurant in Hong Kong to his restaurant where the Japanese chef will prepare a ten course menu alongside resident chef Maxim Surdu. 

Two Day food party at Puglisi's farm

Puglisi will be welcoming visitors to his farm, plus Baest restaurant will also have an open air pop up restaurant on site.
