The guide, established in 1954 to “defend the values of great gastronomy and the art of living” covers 26 countries, across five countries and features 172 restaurants. It is now presided over by David Sinapian, partner of Anne-Sophie Pic, France’s only female three Michelin star chef. Take a look at 8 dishes from Pic’s brand new London restaurant here.
