TocToc Restaurant in Seoul Named Asia's One to Watch

The TocToc restaurant in Seaoul, Korea, has been picked as Asia’s One to Watch ahead of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony that will take place in Bangkok February 21st.

Described as a kitchen that is influenced by Japanese and French cooking techniques, TicToc is known as a place that uses many Korean ingredient and was described by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants as offering “some of the most sophisticated cuisine in Seoul.”

The chef in charge of the buzzing restaurant is Kim Dae-chun, a trained musician who eventually decided to follow his passion for food and train at Tokyo’s Cooking Academy.

He is described as a 'seafood specialist' and as you can see from the dishes he posts on Instagram, it’s evident why.

Kim Dae-chun will receive his award at the ceremony in Bangkok, an event that will be live streamed directly on Fine Dining Lovers.
