Every now and then we see a reply from a restaurant owner to a negative review that we have to highlight.
Our favourites are usually when a chef decides to school a online critic, even better when they do it with humour.
However, sometimes all that's needed is a short sharp reply with some earnest honesty and a negative review can be closed down very efficiently.
Case in point, the review below for Halal Guys by an angry online reviewer who said he wasn't happy with the lamb he'd eaten. Problem? The restaurant don't sell any lamb - none, not even a a slither of the stuff.
