The people over at Wine Folly really know their wine. We've previously featured their great infographics covering the wine regions of France, Italy and Spain and also their very useful guide to wine body and colour.
So, if you're looking for a reliable guide to wine and cheese pairing, they're a good first port of call. Their latest infographic (below) details 100+ classic wine and cheese pairings, moving through well known reds and whites through rose, sparkling and fortified.
These are tried and tested wine and cheese pairings and if ever you needed an excuse to work your way through a few selections then this is it.
