The World’s 50 Best Restaurants will be celebrating its 15th birthday this year with a special #50BestTalks event in Barcelona on 27 June, featuring five of the world's greatest chefs, which you can live-stream on Fine Dining Lovers from 12pm local time.
Ferran Adrià (whose former restaurant elBulli won the inaugural prize in 2002, as well as a further four times), René Redzepi, Joan Roca, Massimo Bottura and Daniel Humm of the World’s Best Restaurant 2017, Eleven Madison Park, will be coming together to each outline his personal vision for the future of food, following the successful #50BestTalks events held this year in Melbourne and Sydney ahead of The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2017.
The event, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, will be followed by a celebratory (long) lunch curated by Adrià at Bravo24 at the W Barcelona hotel. The event is a forerunner to The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018, which will be held in Spain for the first time, in Bilbao in June.
