How to Make Your Own Sausages ChefSteps - RYAN

Ever had a go at making your own sausages? No, us neither. Setting about sausage production is something many cooks avoid, it just seems so fiddly.

However, with the right advice, you really don’t need to worry about making your own sausages. All you need is some specific equipment and this set of videos from Chef Steps who have enlisted the help of Uli from Uli’s Famous Sausage in Seattle.

Uli has helped ChefSteps produce two very useful videos. The first one shown below is a list of advice on how you can actually design your own sausages. 

The second video sets out to list a number of steps you need to follow to make your very own sausages with some useful tips on everything from prepping the skins to making sure your meat mix is the proper consistency.
