Matt White, presenter ofFodder and contributor for FDL, is on a mission to make chefs squirm in their seat.
That’s because for White’s new food podcast he’s sitting down with chefs and reading them the worst Trip Advisor reviews they’ve ever received.
“The pâté starter gave both myself and the wife the runs while we were actually in the restaurant.” Is just one line that he reads to chef Gary Usher from the Hispi Bistro in Manchester.
Usher is a good sport, kind of, but you can tell he’s not so happy - who would be? He gets a lot more irritated towards the end.
We like the idea of this series and look forward to the next one.
