30 Young People Changing The Way You Eat

Forbes have released their annual list of 30 Under 30 Food and Drink - a list of 30 people, under 30-years-old, who will define the way we eat in 2017.

The list features a mixture of people, from tech facing companies to those challenging major brands with their own products.

There is one theme that seems to run throughout the entire list, health. Almost all of the entrants have in some way created businesses that focus on creating healthy food facing products.

Speaking about the list, Forbes said: “These young tastemakers are redefining consumption and pioneering new culinary empires -- and many are doing it by going back to the basics and focusing on the healthy foundation of the food pyramid.”

Below is the full list of those to make the 30 Under 30 cut, you can see details about each one and why they made the list on Forbes.

One of the big names highlighted on the list was Annie Lawless, founder of Suja Juice - a company that raised large funds at the end of 2016 and one that is expected to push the organic juice movement.
