Is this the Best Grilled Meat in Japan?

Saitamaya Yakiton in the jujo area of Tokyo is widely regarded as the best yakiton joint in the whole of Japan. Yakiton, for the unitiated, is grilled meat on skewers, but differs from yakitori in that it is largely pork rather than chicken-focused.

People travel from all over the country to try the restaurant's delicous grilled meats, including pork intestine and Wagyu beef in a secret sauce, washed down with beer and lemon sours (they don't serve soft drinks).

In the video below, Simon and Martina are afforded the rare opportunity to film inside Saitamaya Yakiton – cameras are usually forbidden – and boy do they feast. Each diner gets nine different skewers to try and they all, frankly, look absolutely delicious. You'll be drooling by the end of this video.
