There is plenty of etiquette around sushi eating – some points you may be aware of, others you may not be. The sushi master himself Jiro Ono has a 12-step guide to eating sushi that is well worth a look.

Kaiten, or conveyor belt, sushi is no different. There are a set of rules you need to follow, and while some are common sense, others are not as immediately apparent.
