Lobster: from Prison Food to Culinary Delicacy

Lobster is viewed as a culinary delicacy and usually carries a corresponding price tag – watch five Michelin-starred chefs cook lobster in different ways.

But it hasn't always been the case, in fact, lobster was at one time served in prisons in the US.
