The Michelin Guide to France 2017 has been revealed and the big news is that chef Yannick Alléno’s Le 1947 at the Cheval Blanc hotel in Courchevel in the French Alps is France’s newest three star restaurant.
Gordon Ramsay's Le Pressoir d'Argent in Bordeaux has been awarded two stars, having gained its first star last year.
70 new stars were awarded in total, including 57 new one stars, and 12 new stars.
