9 Dishes from Europe's Newest Two Michelin Star Restaurant

The recently releasedMichelin Guide to the Main Cities of Europe 2017 is useful, not only as an amalgamation of all the Michelin activity across the continent in the last year, but also because it touches on cities in countries that don't currently have a Michelin Guide, namely Austria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary and Poland.

The big news amongst these was that Amador's in Vienna, from chef Juan Amador, who previously held three Michelin stars in Germany, has gone straight in at two stars, with Michelin praising the restaurant set within a vaulted stone cellar for "sophisticated, intensely flavoured, artfully presented" food.

On offer is a six (€95) or eight course (€145) tasting menu, or the à la carte, with dishes including Hiramasa Kingfish, with coffee, passionfruit and spinach, and an 'Apple Tree' of Pink Lady, slated caramel and vanilla.

Here then are 9 dishes from Europe's newest two Michelin star restaurant.
