Charleston Wine and Food is Back with a 12th Edition

Want to try the big flavours of the south? Look no further than South Carolina's culinary hoe down at the Charleston Wine+Food Fair from 1 to 5 March.

Take your pick of dozens of food, chef demonstrations, festive dinners, and extensive, hands-on workshops in the highly anticipated 12th edition of this all encompassing event in the food calendar, sponsored by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino.

Theis year's chef line-up includes some famous faces with the likes of Alex StupakAshley Christensen, Dale Talde, Daniel Boulud, Katie Button, Maneet Chauhan, Sean Brock and many more cooking up a storm. Local chefs, winemakers, cocktail and beer experts will also take centre stage.

Highlights include: Opening night with bites from more than 35 local chefs, showcasing the flavours of South Carolina and Descendants of Daniel: Impact of an Icon where Daniel Boulud will be joined by a distinguished panel of culinary luminaries and special festival guests, who have all worked in the kitchen with him, including chefs Michael Anthony, Gavin Kaysen, Jean-Francois Bruel, and Andrew Carmellini.

Make sure you pick up your tickets asap, look out for the signature dinners, tables are going fast!
