Top International Chefs to Convene in Lucerne

More than 2000 GaultMillau points and some 100 Michelin stars will gather in the picturesque location of Lucerne in Switzerland on 26 and 27 March 2017 for the annual international congress of the restaurant association, Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), that is sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.

This year some 200 top international chefs from twelve countries will convene to tackle pertinent questions like: What is ‘in’ in Europe’s kitchens – and what ‘out’? Who is the shooting star among the young chefs? And, how does Switzerland compare on the international culinary stage?

Lots of Personalities

A number of personalities will also grace the shores of glistening Lake Lucerne, including; Ana Roš from Slovenia who will receive the award for the World's Best Female Chef at The World's 50 Best ceremony in Melbourne on 5 April 2017, which will be live-streamed on Fine Dining Lovers, Justyna Adamczyk, CEO and Editor in Chief of Gault-Millau will also deliver an address and on 27 March, Michelin Guides' International Director Michael Ellis.

Showcasing Swiss cuisine
