On 10 and 11 July chef Umberto Bombana and head chef Kirk Westaway from Jaan will combine culinary talents to create a special 8 course dinner.
"The menu that Chef Kirk and I have been working on offers something new to the JAAN diner; it integrates Chef Kirk’s artistry for bringing the best out of light, seasonal and fresh produce with the robust heartiness of fine Italian cuisine,” said Chef Bombana.
The menu includes Westaway's signatue heirloom tomato basil and burrata, while Bombana brings his famed Homemade Pappardelle with lamb ragout, Kubota farm eggplant and mint; a dish that exudes rich and comforting home-cooked flavours, elevated by the use of the finest ingredients.
