We love the Mind of a Chef series and the video below should show you exactly why. They often pair chefs together in great ways and it seems their latest English partnership is no different.
It features April Bloomfield as she travels to London to meet with fellow chef Fergus Henderson as they set about cooking up a rabbit pie.
People don’t seem to make great pies at home these days and who better to set that straight than Mr Henderson.
He takes Bloomfield through the process using a wild rabbit, some thick, fatty pork and his secret ingredient - you will never guess what it is.
