Ubud Festival, Bali

Returning for its third year from 12-14 May Indonesian chefs, restaurateurs, producers and food professionals, celebrated culinary icons from around the world will dish three days of fresh tastes and ideas at this S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna sponsored three day festival in the uplands of Bali.

This year's theme of "Every flavor is a story" helps celebrate Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage, in which every ingredient, recipe and culinary tradition tells a story.

All aboard the Presidential Train in Portugal for a luxury rail trip through the Alto Douro wine region while enjoying a four course tasting menu from a Michelin starred chef. This months line-up includes: Esben Holmoe Bang of Oslo’s Maaemo, Norway's only three star restaurant (3-7 May), local star chef Pedro Lemos (10 and 11 May), and João Rodrigues of Lisbon’s one Michelin star Feitoria restaurant  (12-14 May). Tickets cost €500 per person and are available from The Presidential website.

Get your eat on for the third ever edition of the Harlem EatUp for four days of sights, flavours, sounds where food, art and culture are guaranteed to converge in spectacular fashion from15 to 21 May 2017. This year's chef line-up includes Daniel Boulud and Dominique Crenn.

S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino Dinners, Ticino

The exclusive Ticino dinners continue apace throughout May, kicking off with a special night from S.Pellegrino Young Chefs on 3 May in Lugano following on with a multitude of one off special dinners with the likes of Claudio Sadler, Patrizia di Benedetto and Martin Dalsass.

The biennual celebration of the sea returns to the old Italian port of Genova in Liguria, with Slow Fish held from 18 to 21 May. Expect fish markets, food trucks and internatinoal conferences on sustainability as well as master classes on fish and chef tastings and international workshops.
